** Coming Soon! **
As part of my journey to become a professional mentor, I started a reflective exercise, writing down stories and events from my career in leadership roles. The more I wrote, the more I remembered, so I wrote even more.
During a recent motorbike trip to the Alps, my partner snapped the pic you see here. Seeing the road ahead leading to the mountain made me think about the parallels between riding a motorbike and leadership. Combining two of my passions, a book was born.
No helmets required! The book is about leadership. I simply use the lessons of motorbike riding as a powerful metaphor for navigating your leadership journey.
If you wish to join the ride, please sign up to receive a weekly blog post and updates on the book launch.

Your Pillion Rider as Your Team
In one chapter, I compare a pillion rider to your team. Choose wisely. The right people in the right seats make the ride such a wonderful shared experience.
Make the wrong choice, and you will be dragged down.

The Importance of Rest
Once I rented a bike after an energising but head-busting conference in Miami. Solo. Unplanned. Wonderful.
In the book, I highlight the importance of taking breaks, looking after your physical and mental health so that you can show up at the level your team deserve.
