Helping leaders to discover their own path

I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick, what drives us to lead, change, and grow. My own ride has taken me through senior leadership roles, international relocations, and now into mentoring, writing, and speaking to help others find clarity in their own trajectory.

My Own Journey

After University, my goal was to climb the corporate ladder as quickly as possible. I was promoted to team leader because I was good at the technical parts of the role, but was dismayed to realise that I was not ready to be a leader yet. I had not arrived: my journey as a leader was just beginning.

I relocated abroad, worked my way up again, struggled again once promoted. It was a mentor who really helped me succeed. He helped me to reflect on my challenges, dig into failures to learn and grow into a better leader. Throughout my career, I’ve seen that the key to effective leadership lies in authenticity - leading with integrity and the courage to be myself.

What drives me most is helping others grow, which I do through mentoring and speaking. In my upcoming book, I draw observations from riding a motorbike and apply them to leadership. In my blog I share reflections from my journey and explore what it means to practice leadership that is both sustainable and true to who you are.

I help people to understand the power of reflection and challenge them to continually evolve.

What Fuels my Journey

I ground myself by spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors, hiking or cycling around water and trees. And motorbiking of course.

The open air has always been my space for reflection. Riding, much like leadership, is about balance, awareness, and trust in self.

“Every leader’s path is unique, shaped by your experience, reflection, and growth.”

Let’s talk

Whether you need to sharpen your own edge or realign your entire team, the next mile doesn’t have to be ridden alone.

Let’s chart the route together.
