Mentoring 1 : 1

  • Coaching tends to focus on performance and short-term goals. Mentoring goes deeper. It’s about growth, reflection, and developing the person as a whole. It draws on experience, challenge, and trust to help you become who you want to be.

  • We’ll begin with an initial call to explore where you’re at and where you want to go. From there we’ll design a tailored action plan. I provide a safe, confidential space to explore obstacles, clarify goals and build momentum. We meet (virtually or in person) regularly, usually every 3 weeks, and I support you between sessions if needed.

  • This is for you if you’re a leader: new, emerging or seasoned, or a founder - who is ready to grow, remove barriers and unlock your potential.

    It’s not for people looking for quick tips or superficial tweaks; it’s for those willing to reflect, be challenged and invest in themselves.

  • Outcomes might include greater clarity on your leadership identity, improved confidence in decision-making, better handling of change/uncertainty, stronger influence and alignment of purpose with action.
