About Me

I spent 25 years in Financial and Corporate Services, most of them in leadership roles. My experience ranges from self-employed to start-ups, from family business to corporates, and Partner at a top-tier global advisory firm.

Throughout my career, I’ve seen that the key to effective leadership lies in authenticity: leading with integrity and the courage to be yourself. What drives me most is helping others grow, so through mentoring, I help others navigate their own leadership journeys.

In my blog and upcoming book, I share reflections from my experience and explore what it means to practice leadership that is both sustainable and true to who you are.

I ground myself outdoors, ideally near water and trees, hiking, cycling, or on a motorbike.

What I do

Who do you Want to Become?

You’re at a waypoint. Whether you are stepping up, pivoting, or feeling the friction in how you lead, I help you re-establish your vision.

We’ll cut through distractions, align with your values, and get you energised again!

How do you Wish to Lead?

A high-performing team is greater than the sum of its parts. I partner with organisations to build culture, trust, and resilience.

We move beyond "management" to create an ecosystem where accountability and autonomy drive real momentum.

Leadership in Motion

Leadership is like a ride. Drawing on the parallels between the road and the boardroom, I deliver talks that challenge leaders to find balance, embrace risk, and lead with authenticity.

No clichés, just straight talk and the courage to shift gears.

Leadership is Personal

My mission is to help people find their own way forward. Here is the impact of that approach.

“Steve stood out as a leader who genuinely cared about his team and consistently invested time and energy into helping us grow. He had a natural ability to recognise potential in others and encouraged me to stretch beyond what I thought I was capable of.

His openness, honesty, and steady support built trust within the team... Thanks to him, I had my very first taste of managing my own team and he was my mentor throughout this time. Managers like him are super rare, and I have yet to find another manager like him.

Rebecca Attard, Sales Manager

He allowed us to explore our critical thinking and have our own judgement which helped us to be more independent. He did not micromanage us, we took our own decisions which he supported, and he always encouraged us to grow and to get out of our comfort zones

Alexandra Salinas, Corporate Services Manager

“Thank you for believing in me, even when I didn’t

A Journey That Became a Book

As I trained to become a professional mentor, I began reflecting on my years in leadership, writing down the stories, lessons, and turning points that shaped me. One memory led to another, and before long, the reflections took on a life of their own.

During a motorbike trip through the Alps, a photo of a winding road sparked an insight: the road to leadership feels much the same. It’s about vision, balance, and adapting to every curve along the way.

That connection between the art of riding and the practice of leading became the inspiration for my book.
