Mentoring usually covers 9 hours of contact time, which may be split over 9 sessions of an hour each, or 6 of 1 hour 30 minutes. These are typically three weeks apart, based on your schedule and other commitments.

You will use the time in between our sessions to apply new insights, test new behaviours, and bring real-world experiences back for refinement.
Change happens between sessions, not only during them.

Coaching tends to focus on performance and short-term goals. Mentoring goes deeper. It’s about growth, reflection, and developing the person as a whole. It draws on experience, challenge, and trust to help you become who you want to be.

We’ll begin with an initial call to explore where you’re at and where you want to go. From there we’ll design a tailored action plan. I provide a safe, confidential space to explore obstacles, clarify goals and build momentum. We meet (virtually or in person) regularly, usually every 3 weeks, and I support you between sessions if needed.

This is for you if you’re a leader: new, emerging or seasoned, or a founder - who is ready to grow, remove barriers and unlock your potential.
It’s not for people looking for quick tips or superficial tweaks; it’s for those willing to reflect, be challenged and invest in themselves.

Outcomes might include greater clarity on your leadership identity, improved confidence in decision-making, better handling of change/uncertainty, stronger influence and alignment of purpose with action.

We’ll set some measurable milestones together (for example: “I want to feel confident leading my team through X change”, or “I want to unblock Y so I can step into Z role”). Progress will be reviewed regularly, and the plan adjusted as needed.
